L.C.A. Design was founded in 2023 in Crown Heights, NY, by a team dedicated to providing reliable, safe, and distraction-free mobile technology. The business was started by experienced technology professionals who shared a vision of creating a company that could help individuals, families, and organizations stay seamlessly connected without the unwanted exposure and distractions of the open internet.

Our team had years of hands-on experience in mobile device management and network security. However, we felt the market was missing a truly tailored solution—a more personalized and customized approach to filtered technology. Rather than providing rigid, one-size-fits-all restrictions, we wanted to build a service that met each client’s unique safety standards and daily practical needs.

The idea for L.C.A. Design was born out of a desire to make a real difference in how people interact with technology. We believed our technical expertise could empower users to access essential digital tools while maintaining complete peace of mind. We focused on delivering pre-configured filtered devices that work right out of the box—ranging from basic talk-and-text devices, to feature-rich flip phones loaded with GPS navigation and practical utilities, with customized restriction levels tailored for every user.

As our customer base grew, we expanded our platform to include our exclusive, managed Kosher App Store. This allows users to download pre-approved Kosher applications, productivity tools, banking essentials, and navigation utilities without exposure to unrestricted public app marketplaces or web browsers. We also integrated remote management capabilities, allowing us to adjust restriction levels, whitelist approved apps, and push system updates over-the-air without clients ever needing to bring their devices in.
